Best 0f 2010

Posted on January 5, 2011

2010 was a fantastic year…I had many new clients, and many returning clients. There were a few firsts for Jennifer Weddington Photography in 2010 including a wedding and a birth. I loved them both and look forward to many more weddings & births in 2011, as well as my regular portraiture sessions. I am so happy to have had made so many friendships this year. Each & every one of my clients is special to me, and I’m happy to call you all friends!

I simply can not post all of my favorite images from 2010 in one blog post, so here is just a sampling of some of my favorite client images from 2010.

Thanks again to all of my wonderful clients, you guys MADE 2010 for me!!!! Looking forward to what’s in store for 2011…

This was a smorgasbord session…a “fall” session with the little bit of leaves we have left, a Christmas session, and since this little guy just turned 1, we had to have some cake too :)

Even at the young age of six weeks old, Miss Harper already LOVES playing dress up!!! We changed her outfits quite a few times during her session & she was not bothered by it one bit, she was a trooper!!! But then again, what girl doesn’t like pretty dresses, fluffy pink skirts & CUTE hats!!!

I am so lucky to have made some wonderful friendships with other local photographers…this being one of them. This is the fabulous Heather Sherrill, of Create Portraiture, and her gorgeous family.

She took me to a new location which I LOVE…you may have to kick me off your turf Heather! We had a great, fun session that ended with a little guitar picking!

Any photographers reading this can attest for the fact that we will go to just about ANY lengths to get a child to smile for us, sometimes our tricks work, sometimes they don’t…this was one case where they didn’t work! Little Miss Abby was a tough one, I did my usual singing, dancing, balancing things on my head…yeah, she wasn’t impressed. I ended up with one little half smile. Smiles or not, She was the CUTEST girl with beautiful curls & gorgeous blue eyes!

You may recognize the Mother & Son from THIS POST Dad is home for a brief time & they decided they wanted some family pictures as well. They live in Tennessee, so we met in the middle, Athens, for the session. I LOVED their outfits, and they were so fun!!! You can tell how much Leyton idolizes his Dad, I love that they had matching shoes…and how awesome are Braley’s red heels!!!

I did this chunky monkey’s 5 month session the other day. He was SUCH a happy baby, & I got plenty of smiles. Looking at his mom, there’s no wonder he is such a cutie, and no question where he got those STUNNING blue eyes!!!
