Mine on Monday|Muscle Shoals, AL child photographer

I desperately need to take more pictures of my kids, so I’m trying something new…Mine on Monday. I hope to add pictures of my kids every Monday, even simple snapshots.

So here they here are, my sweet babies…

Caleb is 2 and ALL.BOY! He is a dinosaur(T-rex to be exact) most days, and chases his sister around roaring at her. She is less than thrilled about having a dinosaur for a brother. He loves dinosaurs(duh!) and Cars(the movie) and is the sweetest little guy in the world.

And here’s Aubrey. She is 4 and thinks she is an honest to goodness princess. Like REALLY, she does! That could be partially mine & my husband’s fault…She wants to wear dresses EVERY.DAY! Loves shoes & purses(ok that one is all MY fault), makeup and all things pink. Some days I swear she is 14 instead of 4.

I had the pleasure to travel to the beautiful little town of Hartselle, Al for this session with Miss Brooklyn. At this age, all that was on her mind was run, run & run some more! Hope you weren’t too sore after all that chasing Emily! It was great meeting you guys, hope you enjoy your sneak peek.

Sneak Peek|Florence, AL Child & Family Photographer

I love when clients suggest new, fun locations for their session. The R family requested a local pumpkin patch as the location for their session, and while I was a little nervous since I had never shot there(other than snaps of my kids when we have visited), I was also very excited. I love stepping out of my comfort zone & trying new things. I have to say, I LOVE this location. I basically just followed them around capturing photographs as they enjoyed the pumpkin patch. The fall colors, pumpkins & hay made perfect backdrops for these fall pictures. My main focus was 2 year old Andrew, but we got a few family shots as well.

Hope you guys enjoy your sneak peek, and thanks again for suggesting this awesome location, I have a feeling I may be offering fall mini sessions here next year.

This handsome guy was my very first baby planner. I met up with him & his family for his 12 month pictures!!! I can’t believe how much he has grown. Thank you guys for allowing me to capture those special milestones throughout his first year!!!!

I met up with this sweet little guy again, this time for his 9 month pictures. It seems like just yesterday we were doing his 6 month pictures. I just love his gorgeous blue eyes, those sweet little teeth when he smiles, and OMG those eyelashes!!!!!!

I had the pleasure of hanging out with this sweet baby girl yesterday. We played dress-up, had juice & snacks….I LOVE my job. Miss K will be celebrating her first bithday in just a few days, hope it’s a great one sweet girl!!
